  They took over my mortgage and when I called customer service to setup autopay they wanted me to send sensitive information in every way except one that was secure and professional. So they had me setup a reoccurring payment and said that everything should be good to go. Lo and behold we were double charged the first month. Called and it took 7 business days to start a refund and 7-10 days for them to mail a check. Which is absurd. Luckily we didn't overdraft and was able to be alright until we got the money back. I asked them how it happened and they said they figured it out and that it wouldn't happen again. Guess what? It happened again! Called them and same thing oh I'm so sorry this happened it's going to take over 2 weeks for you to get your money back that they stole. They take no responsibility for their actions and the harm this could cause. This bank is disorganized, dishonest, and not technologically secure enough to keep you safe. Unfortunately I have no choice, but to deal with them because they bought my mortgage from my previous lender. If you have a choice I'd choose somewhere else. Best of luck.

  If you don't have an account with them then don't try to transact business as they don't care if you are given a check drafted from their bank they want to charge you a fee. Greedy will not deal with them in the future ever and if you're smart neither will you.

  Last year I took my business banking to PNC, opened up a bank account and was approved for few credit cards. I wanted PNC to handle my money, of my Used Car Dealership. Today I stop past the bank with a customer to handle a business transaction of getting a vehicle title notarized. Unfortunately that business transaction fell through, due to a PNC employee. First off the employee addressed me as “Love” , not Sir or Mr., but “Love” like I was some love partner , in love, or whatever calling me “Love” meant… I thought it was inappropriate, like verb sexual abuse, what if my wife or kids would have been with me, and the bank teller is calling me “Love”. So after kept calling me “Love” she rejected my request to have a title notarize, me and the owner of the vehicle was present , she stated that we BOTH needed to have accounts at PNC in order to have the title notarized. I Guy whom I was with and whom title it was , was older gentleman who has trouble walking and breathing. For the employee to deny us the ability to have a document notarized is insane…I let PNC handle my finances, but I can’t have a document authorized… the other gentleman couldn’t make it no where else , so he decided to just cancel the who transaction as a whole… all due to an employee at PNC being very unprofessional and deny us the ability to notarize a document because we both wasn’t businesses customers of PNC. That’s not right!! PNC Bank 5802 N Dixie Dr Dayton Ohio 45414 Employee name : Sarah This happened around 4pm today 3/25/2025 She needs some training, some discipline or even a new job!   Absolutely worst bank ever. Lost thousand of my dollars for Months on end. I needed to go to this department and that to have funds found in the system and returned. This took around 4 months. Then i tell them to close my account and they refuse to but keep allowing more and more fees on transactions i never approve. God forbid apple takes there 2.99 monthly fee from your pnc account you closed out months ago pnc will fee you 36$ over litterally 1$. This may sound petty but over a account i thought was closed that steals hundreds from Me over the year and even at one point thousands. Yeah this bank is awful. Ans customer service? They do not work 24/7 if you work midnights and there is a issue your stuck till the next day. This bank is greedy and selfish and the exact type of bank that makes people not use banks
