  Tried to use the ATM in the parking lot but it always seems to be out of service. Went to the bank location to use the inside ATM and the doors were locked. I get the bank isn’t open on the weekends, which is weird on a Saturday, but there is a camera in the entry way. You should have the outside door open so people can use the ATM when the one in the parking lot is down. Everyone isn’t able to stop by the bank during the day or after work. I think I’m going to start using a different branch. I always hear of better service elsewhere.

  Never before at PNC. Maybe just this branch. Needed help from a banker this morning and told teller I had all day. Was informed the banker had two back to back appointments and couldn’t help me but I could go to another location. WHAT! Shame on you Dayton,OH PNC.
