In the beginning they were a breath of fresh air - very friendly and customer-focused, like a community back should be. Now, they're just like everyone else (Chase, BoA, etc). Not sure what changed but I'm steadily moving my money out and cannot recommend them anymore. If I'm going to get hosed, at least I want 5000 branches from coast to coast

- DRDave Burdge RECApr 12, 20195.0Guess what? I love this bank. The staff are super friendly and they are always very nice to my daughter. All these people crying in the reviews make me sick. You should just be glad they left a brach in cuyahoga falls, these Google reviewers will run them out of town. The new location isn't perfect but at least its still in town, you could be driving to fairlawn. Never had any issues with the service or my money in the last 5 years. I'm about to go there right now because they're open till six on Fridays, so i can do that. See you crybabies at the bank...
