- RRRobert RaineyApr 7, 20261.0I transferred here from a terrible experience from our previous bank and a referral. Our beginning experience is nothing short of ridiculous. It's been almost 2 months now waiting in credit cards with epic failures. Misspelling of names, incorrect mailing address, failure of adding my spouse with nothing but excuses. Buyer beware, they use a different bank ( First National Bank of Omaha) to get your cards from. Their debit cards are issued by the same bank. We received them quickly without any issues. While this may have been an isolated incident, it has been extremely time-consuming to correct the problem and has unfortunately resulted in a very negative customer experience.
