Although I live closer to the old 2nd&Portage Trail location, the ATM drive-thru situation is MUCH better at the State Rd. Westfield. And I have always found the people inside to be helpful and pleasant. Biggest gripes are their hours (closed Saturdays and close too early on weekdays) and the bank branches cannot be called individually, only an 800 number, that is not user-friendly.
