- SMSamantha MockusNov 10, 20251.0I was denied help because it was 528pm, I needed to open an account and the woman working asked me so pretty rude questions about a trust fund check, kept looking at her watch and said she couldn't help me, the bank closes at 6pm. I explained that I work downtown Cleveland Monday through Friday 8am-4pm so this was as soon as I could get there and still no she couldn't help me today. So no thanks I would rather not waste my time with any part of that bank.
