  I was a PNC customer since acquired National City in 2008. We left a couple years ago after having several bad experiences. I'm writing this now because I'm currently having to dispute items on my credit report due to PNC's incompetence. Here's a few examples: 1. First, they shut down other local branches and consolidated to the Hamilton Rd location. Instead of planning ahead, they did this all while the Hamilton Rd location was under construction and the parking lot and building were torn up. Even after construction was finished, this branch has never been staffed well enough to account for the fact it now serves the area of several previous branches. It was not uncommon to only have one person working and have them ignore you while they served the drive through. 2. We made an appointment to complete a basic task (add a beneficiary to an account). Despite the fact we scheduled this a week in advance and were very clear on what we needed, the woman who took our appointment didn't know how to do it and had to call their help line. What took 5 minutes at every other financial institution took over an hour at PNC. 3. We made an appointment to close our account. The PNC employee decided to combine all of our accounts and then issue one final withdrawl. Except after he did that, the accounts couldn't be closed because he just created "pending transfers" on them. So he had to close the accounts the next day (without us present) and email us a confirmation. The email included ZERO explanation or any messages, just an attachment saying "your accounts have been closed". Except, surprise!, he screwed up AGAIN and didn't close one of the accounts. Several months later, a charge was made to the account and we weren't notified until PNC had reported it as late. It is the only late payment in my credit history, and all because PNC can't be trusted to perform basic banking tasks competently. Bank here at your own risk.

  To be honest with you I forgot to do this because I got really busy (life) But I kept telling myself don’t forget to write that review for NIYANA. And the staff at PNC Bank off of N. Hamilton Rd. you guys are amazing. She was so helpful!!

  I love this branch because the staff are always in a good spirit. They are very welcoming and always ready to assist no matter what. This Gahanna branch is so wonderful and the tellers are very knowledgeable and ready to assist. I would like to send special thanks to Mr. Kaden. This young man welcomed with a smile and was ready to assist soon I walked in. As long as I’m in Gahanna or elsewhere this branch will always be my favorite. It’s also quiet and very clean. Thank you
