- KKKate H (Kate)Oct 17, 20243.0If you're wanting a bank location that can provide cash withdrawals in specified denominations go somewhere else because they don't do that here and you have to use their ATM terminal on site that only doles out twenties. ATM is in their atrium between doors so you're not on the street taking cash out.
- RTRaamis TahaOct 24, 20181.0Unfortunately the closest location to me. I opened a business and account 10 years ago and this location has prompted me to work on switching to Huntington. Things as simple as depositing checks are over complicated and require a manager that never seems to be present. Today when I called to ask if there would be a manager available (I have never successfully deposit checks without one present), I was told they wouldn't be back till Friday. Several times I've walked out of this branch unable to accomplish simple tasks and have to drive downtown where I have no issues. This branch is nothing more than the atm out front.
