  Tellers are extremely defensive and rude. On managert, Alex Smith, is very nice. Other managers are arrogant jerks.

  Came in looking disgusting on my day off, needed a debit card printed for an account I opened online. The woman that helped me out on 11/29 was SO sweet, so helpful, and didn't make me feel embarrassed for coming in raggedy without makeup or hair done! Little interactions mean a lot. I appreciate her talking to me like I was an adult and answering my questions without making me feel stupid. ❤️ Also was in-out within 10 minutes. Thank you!!

  I had a horrible experience at the PNC on Henderson Rd. The first teller I met was unwelcoming, cold and unhelpful. O visited that branch for the first time to ask if the cashiers check I received in the mail was issued by PNC. And the Assistant Branch Manager Alex accused me of attempting to access a companies account information. All i wanted to know is if the check was legitimate or not. I was and still am extremely appalled. I reported this to PNC corporate office. They did not seem genuine at all in their apology or handling of the accusation. What a horrible thing to accuse an innocent person! Unbelievable!
