Patrick, you're very rude & you have no business asking people why they were seen in a hospital! That sir is NONE OF YOUR PNC BUSINESS! Have the day you deserve! I'm only rating this location! After calling the customer service line, I received immediate help & a resolution to my funds that I needed!!
- MHMichael HowardDec 13, 20191.0This is by far the worst BANK (as a whole category of business) I’ve ever been to. There is always a long wait time whether a customer is waiting for a teller or banker. These employees seem to never move with the sense of care or urgency. Nip this in the bud PNC.
