App is also terrible. 1800 number was worthless for assistance, and because they're limited on interactions with PLAID, I missed out on hundreds of dollars in trade on Coinbase...NOW, rather than send me an e-mail for reset...I have to wait 3-5 days for5 a letter...Can't WAIT to go back to Chase.

It also helps that I was assisted right away and their was no wait time. Overall I will be making this my new home bank and this played deserves better reviews.

"Only one employee, so I can't do anything." "We don't do that here." The excuses pile up. It isn't worth the hassle to find parking, deal with unhelpful attitudes, and then go to another branch. Just drive another 5-10 minutes to another branch.
