App is also terrible. 1800 number was worthless for assistance, and because they're limited on interactions with PLAID, I missed out on hundreds of dollars in trade on Coinbase...NOW, rather than send me an e-mail for reset...I have to wait 3-5 days for5 a letter...Can't WAIT to go back to Chase.

"Only one employee, so I can't do anything." "We don't do that here." The excuses pile up. It isn't worth the hassle to find parking, deal with unhelpful attitudes, and then go to another branch. Just drive another 5-10 minutes to another branch.

The employees literally have nothing to do all day, besides explain to you what they can't do for you banking wise..and why it's not possible. At this point, just bank online. I hate it here.
