She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing me. She’s also just super cool and easy to talk to, which made the whole process even better. What stood out the most was that she kept in contact afterward to make sure everything was good on my end. You can tell she actually cares about the people she helps. I really appreciate her professionalism and would definitely recommend working with her.

I even stated I DO NOT have a debit card this is a corporate account! The lady on the phone reassured they would take my corporate deposit only to find out they won't take my Deposits!! Waste of time, and had to pay for parking! Such a waste!! I hate this Bank!! They are the absolute worst! Don't bother calling either because you will get WRONG Information!! So annoying!
