  I had an excellent experience working with Kristi Schacht at CME Federal Credit Union. She went above and beyond to help me secure my car loan and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kristi was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident every step of the way.   Came in terribly confused because of no access to my account received help from a awesome lady who answered all my questions helped me regain access to my account . So happy for her help and her patience and not making me feel like a dummy.i want to say that I really appreciate her help because when you're 84 years old you need help but she did not let me leave feeling like that or feeling like I couldn't do it she made sure we got it straightened out Her name was kaylnne at the Downtown branch.
