Absolutely the very best banking and financial “partnership” I have ever experienced. Cory and Katie and Ms Stephanie are “top-notch” and all deserve a raise. While you can never quite pay for quality people or service - it has to be ingrained in them to serve so admirably. Thank you CME for having my back and not just printing or advertising this sentiment but LIVING your Creed! Thank you.

I had gotten a car, and it ended up being loaned through them. No problem, I got a better deal at the time (considering it was my first car and my credit had not been touched or anything yet, it was my first big thing) than most other places wanted to give % wise. 2yrs of no problems, payments made, nothing late or anything. Earlier this year, an issue on my end comes up and I was unable to make a payment on time, I call them up and explain it, an individual named, Ben, I think, said no problem, he understands. Couple days after the call, I wake up to my car suddenly gone, they had repo'd it, despite it being the first time I've ever had an issue and having talked to the person in charge and working out that I would be able to make the missed payment again within the next 2 weeks. They refuse to work with me, this Ben person claims he has never spoken to me and has attempted to get in touch with me multiple times (I have no emails, no phone calls or any source of contact made from him to me, it was me who called him to explain the situation), and are demanding the full amount on the car plus repo fees, and claim that the right to cure does not apply to me, and information regarding the car would cost me 25$ (excuse me?). The gentlemen is NOT polite, very disrespectful sounding and speaking, is a liar and does not seem to have any shred of decent humanity to him to acknowledge that we had talked about the situation and how I can resolve it. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, as this is NOT how you treat someone who has been a loyal client with no outstanding issues. I have sought out the assistance/information from an attorney regarding the matter, because law states I have a right to cure, which is being refused by the bank
