- JJjohnb4u23 days ago5.0Outstanding experiences each and every visit. Mary the Manager, Jessica, Madi and Amy have been positive, fun, professional and caring. I drive an extra half hour just to go to this branch. There is a great culture at this location. I always look forward to having to go to this bank, and always leave with a smile. Thank you ladies. Thankfully after visiting my local branch Isiah helped me fix my bank account and took care of everything! He was super nice and helpful in solving my problem and I will go to him anytime I can for my banking issues!!!

Then a teller decided to add herself to the conversation and called me names and cussed at me within the actual branch lobby.

Everyone was super friendly and they made it a point to greet every customer that walked through the door with a smile on their face. I am very impressed with the customer service skills these ladies provided for their customers. If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Whoever trained these ladies should be proud because I’m so serious when I say “I have not ever walked into any kind of public establishment and experienced that kind of service🙂
