- MHMichael HeinenDec 19, 20251.0The Branch Manager is very unprofessional, I went into the branch to have a problem resolved and instead of helping me or trying to resolve the issue I was spoken to like a child. Then a teller decided to add herself to the conversation and called me names and cussed at me within the actual branch lobby.

Everyone was super friendly and they made it a point to greet every customer that walked through the door with a smile on their face. I am very impressed with the customer service skills these ladies provided for their customers. If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Whoever trained these ladies should be proud because I’m so serious when I say “I have not ever walked into any kind of public establishment and experienced that kind of service🙂
- NSNick estes stwMay 4, 20191.0After two and a half Decades of service that my mother has there she started getting a bunch of Google orders on her card and I mean a lot like a thousand or two worth they did not red flag it when they seen it and it should have been seen that something was not right with all them charges come in and in a row like they came in and they did not red flag at and we had to go through hell to get our money back
