  Brittany is the absolute best. She is very kind and knowledgeable at what she does. I was unsure about where I wanted to open my business account but after sitting down with Brittany I was sure this was the bank and branch for me. It's great nowadays to sit with someone who is patient, informative, and extremely knowledgeable at what they do. Thanks Brittany!

  Unlike broke frank and everyone else, I know this is a very very professional and secured and very high end bank and they won't deal with any broke people like frank or dot have have account, They don't need to justify it to anyone if want to be abletodeal woth ohiosavingsthen get an account. If your not good enough for them, then your just not good enough. Ohio savings would rather "not" deal with people like "frank" than give them anything. Frank can take his broke self and little bills to a check cashing place its not the banks fault "frank" cant follow simple rules like everyone else other than that ohio savings is great, I personally like the beautiful blonde manager she's sweet and very pretty

  I am from out of town. I went to this branch to change a hundred dollar bill to smaller denominations. I was told that without an account they could not. I asked for the rationale and was only told it was policy. Apparently the staff was unable to articulate the policy.
