Despite possible pushback, I will be writing this review to warn others to steer clear of this institution and this branch:
Opening an account took over an hour, and even after that, I was asked to provide additional documentation on a separate visit.
I was blocked numerous times from sending money out through Zelle due to “difficulty verifying identity,” even though I provided all the information that has been fully sufficient with other major banks.
The customer service line was extremely difficult to get through, with long waits and constant AI loops. The two interactions I had with a representative, were dismissive, vague, unhelpful and incredibly frustrating. When I escalated the issue via email, I was contacted by this original branch in what felt more like an attempt to manage optics than to resolve the issue.
I also find it concerning that, at the time of this review, one of the few positive reviews for this branch appears to be written by someone affiliated with the branch rather than a genuine customer. I hope this is addressed, as transparency and honest feedback are important for everyone’s trust.
Overall, this experience left me deeply disappointed and without resolution. I strongly advise others to consider alternative banks.
