I came in to start a bank account and found it rude that Shante jones thought it was appropriate to answer her phone in the middle of helping me to discuss lunch. She also stopped midway through to give her mechanic her car keys so he could fix her car in the parking lot. I also wanted to deposit my 401k check and approached a teller with a horrible attitude that gave me a hard time. I’m an operations manager that run a crew of 20 daily. One thing we always preach is great customer service. I feel whoever the management is at this branch should really retrain their staff. The only person there with a positive attitude was the security.

I have multiple business accounts with PNC and never met tellers so confused on how to print a certified check. They are also the only branch that states they do not sell counter checks.
