- MMMJSep 15, 20251.0I had a business banking appointment. Arrived and was told that there was only one business banker, she was on a conference call, and no one else could help me. She was not able to end the call. As a customer, I have no control over staff schedules or who can complete a task. If she was not available at that time, I should not have been scheduled. As a business owner my time is valuable, and this was my third attempt to add a new signator to the account. They have told me three different sets of materials and steps needed to add a signatory/account holder, which is why I have wasted my time on three separate occasions. Completely unacceptable!
