The manager is great and was very helpful when I needed to dispute charges on my card.
That being said, this branch is very understaffed. They don't have physical bank cards available so you have to wait in the mail for a physical card to be shipped out to you. This is very inconvenient and very irksome for people that need to go shopping, have bills, etc. Many of us are physically disabled and do not have reliable transportation and this is the only bank close to where we live, so we cannot simply "go to another bank" as rudely suggested. It's also hit or miss on whether or not they'll have any tellers working on the day you visit.
Today (12/19/2025) I was hoping to retrieve my remaining funds out of my account only to be told that I could not because there are no tellers working. What type of business are you running where you either can't keep bank employees or clearly aren't staffing enough to cover shifts? This is beyond ridiculous and I will not be returning for any in person services ever again.
I recommend you all patronize the bank on the west side of Cleveland on Lorain instead. They are leagues better than this incompetent branch and are always filled with friendly tellers more than ready to service you. This location needs to get it together.

I stopped in this branch to withdraw cash to send for a gift. I found it increadably odd that 1.) No tellers were working and was asked to sit and wait for someone to help me and 2.) That I was questioned why I wasn't using an ATM. Does no one ever come in for withdrawals because they want large bills not available at the ATM? Then what was probably intended as small talk totally rubbed me the wrong way because I already felt interrogated about why I was there in the first place.
