  What’s the point of being a bank with no tellers, no cash depositing? Like I don’t get it.

  This branch of PNC do not know how to offer service to customers. Their loan officer asks applicant information to apply, and send the applicant a letter saying the loan is basically approved. Then the applicant sends more information to the bank, and the bank claims they never received the additional documents, and keeps asking you for more of the same information, until the applicant is totally tired and withdraws the application. The applicant asks to talk to the processor, and bank processor never calls you back. That happened to me. Be careful about PNC loan. Today I called about a debit card issued to my wife using the middle initial as the first name on the card, and wished to correct the issue. And the bank tellers gave different reasons not to help me out. I asked for the manager and was told the manager is out. I have an account with that bank for almost 50 years, and they seem to know no body. I wish they are better.

  Tellers are fine but one drive thru is ridiculous.

  First time using this particular branch. Made two transactions: first a simple withdrawal and the second a wire transfer. First transaction was with no issue; however, the second with the “banker” was not so pleasant. The lady was very cold, short with her statements, and simply seemed like she did not want to do any work. When I asked if she could look up my previous wife transfers, she quickly dismissed the possibility without any explanation. Unsure if PNC as a company keeps this information, but I’ve been able to wire money at the Deerfield Township location with the banker being able to access my last transaction. Overall, absolutely poor customer service and not what I have experienced before at other PNC locations. I’ll blame it on her having an off day, but I’ll keep the one star rating.
