I was told I would receive a call back and never did each time, only to find they are directing me to another branch because they can’t find answers to my questions.

A brick and mortar bank with no cash!! They said they could deposit my check and then I could use the ATM to get cash. I didn't have my ATM with me. What good is a bank that cannot cash checks for its customer??? Is this a new thing??? How does one get cash without their ATM card???

James was the only teller running the drive-through and the inside the other two females didn’t greet anyone walking in or even say hello someone will be with you shortly. They actually walked to the back a then came back out a still did not speak to me. James was doing everything. I saw on the counter top awards for best branch an other things, I don’t know what they were being the best at other than not helping customers. Besides James he is the man I saw him take care of 5 customers before I left a the 2 females did nothing. Very unsatisfied customer…
