- SSshanae shanaeJan 5, 20261.0I honestly will like to say, them employees themselves have been kind to me. But this location is unbelievably SLOW! Idk if it’s the system itself but it’s always a line and it take 30 plus minutes for each customer no matter what we come in here to do. So slow. I never been in a bank so slow. Be prepared to be there for about 30-45 until being help idc if you’re 2nd in line the process is very slow. They need to hire a full team during the entire business hours. They need help bad.

I might also add I’ve been a PNC customer for more than 45 years... ever since it changed from Central Trust.... very satisfied customer!!!!
