  Today I visited the branch, I needed to send an International wire, my Mom passed and I was in distress. Jhon Sigmon was in the lobby and he smiled at me, He was very kind when I explained my situation, do you know you can send the wires by your self online? Yes, but I didn't want to make a mistake, but he never told me that. He was kind, supportive, and he helped me do it. I really appreciate that he was so patient and at the end of the transaction he assured me that he will be there always to help me. Jhon, THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏 it is important to leave a review for me , because it was a positive experience, you never know the impact that you can have in other people.   Consistently a long wait and the branch seems to have no interest in making changes.

  They close for lunch but can't list that online? Not here on maps? A sign of extreme incompetence. Get your acts together! Edit....they weren't. Actually closed for lunch. Just wildly slow... 30 minutes for one car in the drive thru. Cars backed up to the street. Nonsense!

  This by far the worst pnc in Cincinnati. Whoever is managing this location is doing an awful job. They do not follow the same policies as other Pnc’s. They have their own set of rules. Also if the atm’s don’t work correctly, good luck even getting anyone to answer the phone. Do not go here. Drive to the location in Downtown Sharonville. It’s worth the 10 minute drive. A FIRM NO FROM ME.
