She withdrew the money and deposited the money straight back into the same account. If you need money wired/transferred or anything I highly advise against using this branch. Poor quality and poor service.

I am a business owner and have a few clients in the area not often out of the 3 times I've had to stop here to make a deposit I was treated horrible!!! Today was worst then the others I will never stop here again, contemplated on closing my account while still sitting in the parking lot. Went to the one by my home (mason location) and had 0 problems .. I'll stick to what I know moving forward.
