  Whoever the lady was at cashbox 1 today that shows on my receipt at 14:33 pm very I'm professional and rude, it should be unacceptable to slide a customer's money across the counter as a means to giving them the money, need to train hand-to-hand and respectful way to handle money transactions. Very rude. Makes me not even want to bank here especially after this total experience of long lines, customers pulling off, only to walk into the establishment and see five people walking around. ATM was down and out of service. Really need to get this place together and really focus on customer service

  Went into the bank and worked with a teller to move money from business to personal account. She withdrew the money and deposited the money straight back into the same account. If you need money wired/transferred or anything I highly advise against using this branch. Poor quality and poor service.

  Never had a good experience here NEVER!! I am a business owner and have a few clients in the area not often out of the 3 times I've had to stop here to make a deposit I was treated horrible!!! Today was worst then the others I will never stop here again, contemplated on closing my account while still sitting in the parking lot. Went to the one by my home (mason location) and had 0 problems .. I'll stick to what I know moving forward.

  This branch has the worst customer service. No acknowledgement / greeting from staff. Always a long wait. They don’t care about their customers. Go elsewhere if you want to feel like a valued customer.
