- MSMeg SmithDec 16, 20251.0Im not sure why this location isn’t just an atm. They only have 1 electronic machine/teller and it took me 30 minutes for a withdrawal. The teller, Lunden was super sweet and helpful, so nothing against the personal. Once I got to jacima she was lovely so so kind! Wished my kids a happy birthday and went above and beyond. just know it may take a while if you need a large withdrawal and you are better off going to a different location with multiple tellers. Very frustrating process from a long time PNC customer

There is a person that greets you and tells you to use the machine, but you can’t use it because it doesn’t cash checks if they have change. There is a rude person in an office beside the greeter that will come out and be rude to you if you ask for clarification. When I was told they have a machine that cashes checks, but it couldn’t cash my check because it wasn’t exact dollar amount, I asked, to clarify, “Is this a bank?” I truly was confused because I walked in there thinking it was a bank. The rude person let me know that they’d already explained to me that I need to go to another branch. So, to wrap it up, this is not a bank, there is a greeter, but a rude person in the office, read the reviews and believe it. You don’t want to go here. I wish I read the reviews for this place before I stopped there. PNC, if you’re listening, if you care, you need to do something about this location. I would not bank with PNC based on this experience and you should probably have customer service reps that are kind to customers.
