He did not try to push me into staying with PNC and actually helped me get a fee back; putting $40 back into my wallet. Great customer service Clean and welcoming location Before closing my account, I had been with PNC for 6 years and never had any problems with this location
- LGLonnie GatesNov 14, 20251.0Drive up ATM was in service but would not accept card. Parked and went to ATM inside. This ATM gave me 50's instead of the usual 20's at an ATM. Got in line to see a teller to break the 50's into 20's. Was fifth in line and waited 13 minutes while one teller serviced customers and 6 other employees ignored the line and did other tasks. This branch seems to be getting worse and worse with customer service as this is not the first bad experience I have had. Convenience and customer service don't seem to be much of a priority. Looking for a new bank.
