- LGLonnie GatesNov 14, 20251.0Drive up ATM was in service but would not accept card. Parked and went to ATM inside. This ATM gave me 50's instead of the usual 20's at an ATM. Got in line to see a teller to break the 50's into 20's. Was fifth in line and waited 13 minutes while one teller serviced customers and 6 other employees ignored the line and did other tasks. This branch seems to be getting worse and worse with customer service as this is not the first bad experience I have had. Convenience and customer service don't seem to be much of a priority. Looking for a new bank.

They were so mad that I showed up to do a wire transfer without an appointment like I broke some ungodly rule. I've been banking with this bank for the past seventeen years of my life it cannot believe the way that I was treated I'M NEVER BANKING WITH THIS BANK EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE ATTITUDE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS LOCATION. I have closed my account and I will never return

But I concur about the coin policy. Once I went in with some change and asked if I could convert it to paper. They said I had to put it in wrappers first. Uh......isn’t this...a bank?
