- FFfernandizoJan 19, 20231.0No people work here its an automated system. The branch managers dont seem to be present or locked in their offices. There was a line waiting of people waiting for a notary service and the male manager could not be concerned what so ever. Several people left and said they'd close their accounts after that. PNC is definitely going in the wrong direction with having no one working on the floor to handle business.
