- ARAc RockfJan 2, 20241.0Been an account holder for 20 years and they've closed down six branches near me. I can only do cash banking at an ATM approximately 25 mi away from my house. Here in Cincinnati they've only got four branches and none of them are anywhere near to me

- TBTom ByersJan 7, 20161.0Extremely difficult to work with. No one can do anything but the branch manager who is never there (Walton Creek Branch). First time I thought it was a fluke but it appears to be the culture of PNC or at least this branch. We opened an account with them because of the convenience of the ATM's in UDF stores but they are not worth the trouble. Our credit union is great to work so we keep most our banking there but they don't have the ATM's. Stock Yard Bank has free ATM's. Any ATM anywhere in the world is free so there is where we are going. Check it out.
