Not willing to help me at all and transferred me to someone who I doubt did what she was told. Was told I would get a new credit card and it has been over a month and STILL never got it. Had to talk to someone AGAIN and request a new one. WILL BE CHANGING BANKS ONCE MY CAR IS PAID OFF ASAP. Unreal.

I’ve been a PNC customer since the 90’s back when they were still National City Bank. The service at the branches has consistently gotten worst over the years, now when you walk in you cant just talk to a banker, you are instead met with an interrogation by an unfriendly person and ultimately required to make an appointment online.
My experience today at this branch in particular has been the last straw for me and i plan to finally close my account with PNC once and for all after more than 30 years.
I made an appointment to have a document notarized, when i showed up along with the other party to the contract, they refused to perform the notary service because the other party were not account holders. This came as a major surprise to me as I’ve never had any issues doing the exact the same thing in the past at other branches. If this is a new policy I would have expected they could make an exception but they were steadfast in refusing to help me.
We instead went to Atomic credit union down the street and were greeted by a friendly banker that took us right in without an apology and had our documents notarized in less than 5 minutes. I plan to open an account there next week based on this.

They don't know how to get proper ATM's. While trying to deposit money, tge thing took all but $20, spit that out, started CHOMPING, and said that there was an issue and now they can't even see the money because it wasn't deposited. This place is always a joke. I'm not even a customer here and I'm writing this because I just witnessed it happen to someone else.
