- SAShawntae ArcuriDec 29, 20251.0How do you have a brand new ATM that is still constantly down??? As someone who works late hours, it is convenient to be able to put cash in my account at night. But atleast 2x a week the ATMs down or not taking cash. The old ATM was just as bad. I dont understand how you have a brand new one that never works. ATMs are not a new concept. The tellers are nice but extremely slow. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I don't have time to wait in a line for 30 minutes to just deposit cash. They almost never have more than one teller. It's ridiculous. And of course theres 100s of banks in the area but not another PNC branch.

- KRKody RichardsonOct 8, 20221.0Get to the bank at 1:30 on a Saturday. They close at 2pm and my wife wanted her mother off the account that she’s had since college. They said they needed all parties present which we did have. But they wouldn’t follow through with removing her from the account because they “didn’t have enough time” because they close at 2pm. They couldn’t work a few minutes over to remove someone from and account because they’d be staying a few minutes over!
