- TSTimothy SullivanNov 4, 20251.0I wish I could give them no stars. I went to PNC because I thought they were a different, solid bank. They are not. I was promised something upon opening my account and they failed miserably. The Manager Natalie is downright nasty. I am not delinquent nor is my account in the negative so this isn't a revenge review. The Manager even had her staff playing phone games. I called the customer service center and that girl was helpful , did what the branch didn't do, and escalated my call. Someone from PNC corporate called me and I discussed the problem with her. I have a banking background and I told her I have never seen bank employees how they behaved. She seemed to handle it and told me to call the call center the following month to have it taken care of. I did call but THEY said they couldn't help me!!! This Manager Natalie told me a couple months ago that she would help me but "next month "I won't be here because I am getting a promotion so they won't be helping you." This lady shouldn't be a teller let alone the manager. God help them if these are the people they have in charge and promote. I couldn't BE any more disappointed in what I thought was a good, friendly, customer service based bank. They are none of these things. The one good employee they had, Emily, left the bank and is no longer with them. I see why and hope she is somewhere that they appreciate her. Do not bank with them. You'll be sorry. They will make promises when you open your account and then not honor them blaming the employee who is no longer there as the reason they aren't honoring it even though that employee was acting as an agent of PNC and that branch.
