I HAVE TO CALLIN AND WAIT 10 TO 20 MINUETS TO GET ROUTED TO A REP. THEN I WAIT ANOTHER 20 TO 30 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO THE REP. I DON'T HAVE AN HOUR TO WASTE EVERY TIME I WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT. I COMPLAINED AND WAS CALLED. WANTED ME TO CHANGE REVIEW, NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!!!! WORST BANK ON EARTH!!!

We chatted briefly about my upcoming surgery and she wished me well. A few days after surgery while sorting my mail, I found that the teller had sent me a card signed by all the employees at the branch! What a pleasant and much needed surprise! It was right on time and so thoughtful and appreciated. Felt like the old fashioned community focused banking. Great staff! Thank you!

Line was 4-5 deep and no other employees in the building stepped in to offer help. Waited 10-15 minutes in line. I remember the days when there were 3-4 tellers present at all times. Very disappointing how things have changed not for the good.
