- SWSkyler Wikel2 days ago1.0Conflicting feelings since this has been my first and only bank I’ve gone through and the people are always super nice. But at this point nice people is not fixing the problems im constantly dealing with. I have never been signed up for fraud eye text, they continuously give me their flyer and tell me to text the code to start, but that has never worked. Then I asked someone to sign me up and they said they did, but that never worked either. Then cherry on top, my card will then get disabled if they feel something I bought is fraud. And from there on if the bank is closed at the time that happened I have to wait till they are open. So today when I have a list of some final Christmas gifts I NEED to buy before Monday because I work a 9-5 job Monday -Friday and dont have time to get them before my own scheduled events; I find out my card is disabled from an online purchase i made the night before (it was a Christmas gift). I had NO CLUE so im standing there while people are waiting in line and bags full of gifts and my bank card declining. THANKFULLY I had cash. At this point of about two years dealing with more than just these issues, I think I will be looking into another bank.
