So when I go in to rectify the situation, the employee goes to check and says that my debit card is nowhere to be found, and that this ATM machine has actually been running “perfectly“. Meanwhile, I run back out to my car to see if she’s right and if I did have my card, and at the same time, there is a man in the drive-through ATM, Who is also experiencing difficulty with the ATM. So no resolution and was made to feel stupid. I’m going to order a new card to be printed, but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
