  Why does the drive up ATM have air blowing OUT of the deposit slot where you're trying to put money INTO ? Listen I love chasing my money all over the parking lot as the cars behind me lose their minds How bout FIXING IT

  Had an appointment for 2:30 and after waiting 15 minutes to get a document notarized I gave up and went somewhere else After having to schedule the appointment and not being able to just walk in I find it poor customer service aervice

  Literally just experienced the last straw with this branch and this bank. The ATM machine is always out and today it actually ate my debit card. So when I go in to rectify the situation, the employee goes to check and says that my debit card is nowhere to be found, and that this ATM machine has actually been running “perfectly“. Meanwhile, I run back out to my car to see if she’s right and if I did have my card, and at the same time, there is a man in the drive-through ATM, Who is also experiencing difficulty with the ATM. So no resolution and was made to feel stupid. I’m going to order a new card to be printed, but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

  My best advice I could give you is find another bank. I’ve never been treated worse by a business. 32 days in and I’ve yet to receive anything to register my vehicle. My car note is due in 2 weeks for a car that I’m unable to register and PNC will do nothing to help. Not in the branch or there executive offices. FIND ANOTHER BANK!!!!!!!!
