  This is the WORST pnc in northeast Ohio! I’ve been depositing checks here on a weekly basis for 4 years and been a member for almost 30 years dating back to National Coty Bank. The first few years depositing at this location I had no issue at all. But in the past year, the rules for cashing a check somehow magically change when I arrive. One minute I need a second signature, the next I need photo ID and a banking card, the next minute they don’t accept deposit slips, the next minute I need the other person listed on the account in the car with me when I make a deposit. It’s amazing how they give you such a hard time for the most basic stuff yet I can go to the PNC Banks in neighboring cities within a few miles and can cash my check with no issue or made up rules what so ever. Poor customer service with inane rules that seemingly change with a whim that no one can explain when these “changes” are made. I’m leaving PNC as a customer as of 4/1/26. Don’t even bother with this location they should’ve torn this one down instead of the one in downtown Bedford.

  Something really needs to be done about the wait time in the drive thru. Put someone with more experience or have two tellers working the drive thru. No reason to be in line for 35 minutes!! Got to do better!!

  The absolute worst branch you can go to. I don’t know what happened to the old employees but, every visit has been 30mins or longer to make a deposit for the last 6months. The line inside is always long and the drive up line is always slower than the inside. Some employees are friendly and some literally have no sense of urgency! There’s always a lady that is sitting at her desk just watching the line pile up and there’s always floating employees that could be actually doing something productive. I don’t know who is in charge at this location, but if you don’t have an hour to waste, don’t go there! 3 greeters on the schedule and no tellers! Makes no sense to me!
