    This ATM never works at this branch. I put my card into it after hours and then returned an error and said the ATM was out of service and wouldn’t give me my card back. After 30 minutes of back-and-forth with three different customer service reps at PNC corporate they finally locked my card my card and said the branch would be able to unlock it the next day. The person working the drive-through window was able to give me my card back, but when I asked her if she unlocked it, she said no, and that I would have to come in to do that to speak to a branch representative. If I wouldn’t have asked it would’ve stayed locked. Now, after sitting in an office inside after another 15 minutes (having to bring all of my children into the bank) not one person in the entire bank said they were sorry for the inconvenience. I’m switching banks.

    I was dealing with some personal issues related to banking, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service I received from Mr. Tyler Pond, the branch manager. He truly empathized with my situation and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. His professionalism, patience, and understanding turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Mr. Pond’s dedication and care are the only reasons I am still banking with PNC. He is absolutely in the right field—his leadership and customer service skills are outstanding. PNC is fortunate to have such a great branch manager, and I am grateful for his help!

    Lauren Nielsen was beyond helpful when I went in for an appointment today. Very personable and knowledgeable. Working in customer service has allowed to me understand the positive impact you can have on individuals and she truly did a wonderful job.

    They don’t respect the client. I was waiting awhile the personal banking representative to ask him about some concerns but he ignored me and greeted other one who just entered the bank and introduced the service for him!!!?
