I had accidentally authorized two transfers from savings to checking causing my savings account to become over drawn. The teller I had felt the need to LOUDLY say that my account was going to close because I accidentally overdrawn, she was not very friendly and then did not offer to help fix the mistake. I am a teller at another bank and I would never imagine treating any of my customers the way I was treated today. I have never had this problem at the North Ridgeville branch where I usually go if I need anything done inside the bank.
