- JNJoann NonnoSep 8, 20221.0I was in the drive thru line for 22 minutes yesterday just to make a deposit. There was only one car in front of me. After waiting 20 minutes I called the branch to ask what was going on. They said it was a difficult transaction. I asked why, in cases such as these, they don't ask the customer with the difficult transaction to come inside as to not hold up the drive thru line. I was told because the customer at the drive thru might be handicap and not be able to come in and since they have no way of knowing this they can't ask them to come in. I guess they would rather anger customer that are waiting in line for over 20 minutes instead of being proactive and asking IF the customer holding up the line is ABLE to come into the lobby. This is not the first time this has happened. I would not bother banking here. Unfortunately, I manage a business account for a club who chose PNC years ago as their bank. It may be time for a change. Worst bank ever!
