But let me tell you about the best thing about this branch. Adriana Cornwell one of the bankers. She is awesome!! She helped me so much and has made me a Pnc Account holder for life. It’s like dealing with a friend. I can’t say enough great things about her. A true asset to Pnc. She really took the time to help me. Thank you Adriana!!! This whole branch is great.

They are making mistakes on credit application costing you time and money and possibly a hit to your credit score , then when you ask for a district mangers phone number they give you the branch manger Sarah’s number and she acts like she wasn’t there and doesn’t know what happened and I’m still waiting for a call back . They are incompetent.

Despite banking at this location for more than 25 years I was given a complete run around and hassle about a bank fee that should have never been charged and that PNC Corporate eventually waived. This branch lost all respect of a long time customer over $15.09.
