I went into this particular branch and was helped by a wonderful woman by the name of Leah Campailla, branch banker. She not only got my account squared away but did it in a professional manner so that I didn't feel like I was an idiot. Thank you Leah. My only complaint is that I cannot access my online banking. No worries though, I know all I have to do is go see the people at my branch on Monday morning and it will be taken care of. Also , there are no Saturday hours so that's a bummer to have to wait until Monday morning. Otherwise, a top notch institution.

The loan specialist deferred me to phoning PNC to get this done. when on a subsequent call I requested an in bank appointment with the manager of the exchange street office, i again was deferred to the phone and the manager refused to give me an appointment. I then called the PNC customer service and waited for 20 minutes on hold only to find that the first person could not help me and the second person would have to "apply for an extension" send me an email and then send me a check (eventually) and could possibly overnight the check after the process was completed. All I wanted to do was set up an appointment. get some face time to obtain my loan, and walk out of the bank with the check. The receptionist at the PNC at 135 E. Exchange was pleasant. the loan specialist and then the manager were not welcoming and were not receptive to my request to come in and complete the process in a streamline fashion. This is bad business and I was and am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service from this branch. Eric Lloyd
