- SKStacy KitayMay 29, 20251.0I had the worst experience at this branch. I am not a customer, but I had a checked on their bank. After being there 20 minutes, he decided to tell me there’s a 2% charge and it will cost me $100 to cash my check. That’s totally ridiculous. It was from Progressive Insurance. I had all the documentation from my car being totaled. The $ was for a new vehicle. This so-called teller also told me if I wanted a bank check. I couldn’t have one because I’m not a customer. VERY unprofessional….They told me if I need the money bad enough I should pay the fee. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
