Headquartered in Akron, OH, Buckeye State Credit Union has a long history of serving the community. It all started in 1933 when the Akron postal employees formed The Akron Postal and Federal Employees Credit Union. We changed our name to Buckeye State Credit Union in 1975 to incorporate the other members of the community who we’ve helped save and obtain consumer loans.
We are proud of our Akron roots, and we know how hard members of our community work. Your success is our success, and giving back to the city where it all started is our mission. Buckeye State Credit Union’s Akron branch is more than an office.
