- JJjoeJan 4, 20221.0This bank is the absolute worst. I opened a basic checking account. They said the money would be available the next day. I even had a receipt that showed money being available the next day. In the morning they called and said since I am a new customer checks will take 10 business days to be available to use. After 30 days I would have full access to my money. Then I received a call from the branch saying that upon review of my opening account documents I am not their ideal client and they are closing my account and sending me a check. This bank is the worst. Consider other options. Never see Sharon or Joseph in the syosset branch.
