- SCSamuel Eitan CohenFeb 25, 20221.0Wish I didn't have to repeat myself like a parrot with one employee named Debbie and then call back 2 more times to finally get an answer from the assistant manager Paulina about an inter office paper transfer from NJ to NY to get an automatic payment for a safe deposit box taken care. This should have been offered the day I opened up the account. To add to it, neither employee asked for my account or social to even see if my account was taken care of, and the feeling of I could care less about you as a customer, shined bright like a diamond!!!
