- IIIYOct 16, 20251.0Most staff here are friendly and helpful, but Kim’s attitude was unacceptable. She was rude and dismissive, and I felt some discriminatory behavior from her. Very disappointed with her service.

Deposited checks via mobile app yesterday, which states funds will be available within 2 days, only to find out there's a hold for 10 more days. These checks are from the US Treasury, the place that prints money. Not understanding. Will most certainly be closing out account when funds clear. Have had several other issues, overall worst banking experience.

The bank overall (NYCB) is decent (hence the generous 2 stars), but Leslie really needs to fine tune her customer service skills.
