  Horrible service , always a wait at the drive up window and they make like your not there, the one teller needs a attitude adjustment also she’s always mad

  Worst Bank ever, their ATM machine never works or is down or broken and then when you try to make a cash deposit, it doesn’t accept certain bills that are new. They are done. They are horrible. I’m going to another banking establishment.

  Worst bank I have ever dealt with. At the time of getting my business they lied to me that is costing me lots of money. No one wants to help, even their regional team. When I asked to speak to Regional manager Dana I was told that she is busy with the meetings. They don’t care about their clients. Do not take your money to this bank ever. You will be sorry. instead of earning interest they are charging me penalty that they had told me not to worry about at the time of transaction. I should have kept Jovia as my bank. They were the best. What a mess this bank is. I go there after all these months to just take my money and this lady Michelee assistant manager treated me so rudely, even though I was asking questions nicely about my withdrawal. She kept reminding me of the past experience in front of the teller that was so nice and helping me. I felt very insulted and I did mention her that it was not necessary to treat me like that rudely. I have not seen such bad customer service by leaders of any outlet. I am glad I closed my account today. Never again Flagstar.

  I had the absolute worst experience at this bank today. My wife. and i went to deposit $7,600, and to our shock, the employee processing out transaction claimed we only deposited $7,100. That's $500 unaccounted for! When we tried to address the discrepancy, unhelpful, and flat-out refused to provide us with his name. The lack of professionalism and transparency was unacceptable. This kind of behavior feels like outright theft, and was theft from that employee. Along side the refusal to take responsibility or provide assistance is unacceptable. We trusted this bank with our money, and this is how they treat loyal customers? Horrible customer service, and i will never step foot in this bank again.
