I was there for 45 mins waiting to meet with Veronika. I paid for parking, cut into my day by leaving work earlier, for nothing. I wasn’t going to wait any longer than 45 mins.

I've been trying to reach out to my preparer because they keep saying that my direct deposit information has not been entered when it has been entered multiple times and two of my refunds were rejected. I'm trying to get help and no one is answering or reaching back out to me or available for that matter. And I'm not trying to throw shade on anyone but it will be nice for the person who prepared my taxes to be available when I've been reaching out for 2 weeks plus
