- JJJennMar 12, 20261.0I’ve been a customer of this bank for over 30 years, and unfortunately I recently had a very disappointing experience. On multiple occasions, I felt that I was being unfairly profiled by the same teller, Josue. This was extremely upsetting, especially considering my long-standing relationship with the bank. I brought the issue to the manager, Angela, hoping it would be taken seriously. However, instead of addressing my concerns, she defended the teller and said he was simply following bank protocol. Throughout my 30+ years of banking here, I’ve interacted with many tellers and have never experienced anything that felt like discrimination until now. I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and fairness, and I hope the bank takes situations like this more seriously in the future.

While I was calmly trying to explain my situation, she interrupted me in a rude and arrogant manner, saying, “There’s no need to repeat yourself, I already understand,” without even allowing me to finish what I was saying. She also spoke negatively about our usual branch, stating that their machines are “always down,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. All of this behavior occurred over what should have been a very simple request: a debit card reprinting. To avoid further conflict, I kept the conversation to the bare minimum. Unfortunately, the service continued to be unsatisfactory. She appeared unprepared and incompetent, asking me to sign the same form seven or eight times because she did not know what she was doing. Eventually, two of her colleagues had to step in and correct her mistakes. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience, well below the standard of courtesy and competence one would expect from a banking institution.
