- AAAlyssa ArmourDec 31, 20255.0A few months ago I went into the branch to get a lien clear letter for my auto loan, which I had paid off well over a year earlier, so that I could buy my new car. Alex, the assistant manager, was assisting me. There was a clerical error on my account preventing me from getting the letter, requiring assistance from other departments. Alex multi tasked reaching out to the other departments for me, changing out the coin arcade bags, and assisting other [very rude] customers, all while staying calm and maintaining the best professionalism I have ever seen. I don't know how he did it. And he was able to get me the letter I needed in time to buy my new car. Thank you Alex!
