  I had a very frustrating experience at this branch while working with Assistant Branch Leader, Hyacinth Singh, who was both unprofessional and rude. I arrived at 2:50pm to complete a simple domestic wire, well before the 4pm cutoff. First, she told me the wire system was down, then couple of minutes later said it was back up. She made what should have been a straightforward transaction seem unnecessarily complicated, describing multiple approvals and departments involved. On top of that, she entered the wrong account number, which forced a cancellation and resubmission. Even though she assured me the second wire was submitted before 4pm, the funds still have not reached the receiving account the next business day. For comparison, I had completed the exact same wire to the same receiving account at Citi just before coming to Flagstar. The Citi funds were available instantly, while the Flagstar wire is still pending. This level of inefficiency and inaccuracy is unacceptable for such a basic banking service.
