    We have used Rochester Financial services for several years. Jeff is very knowedgeable and stays informed of current trends. He always responds to to any questions or requests in a timely manner. Far superior to financial planners we had used in the past. Highly reccommend him.

    Jeff has been managing our money for over 12 years. We really enjoy his monthly newsletter. He breaks down the market and investing principles in terms that are easy to understand. We also value his responsiveness. He always promptly returns my emails or calls and is happy to answer any questions that I may have. I appreciate that he is fee-only. I have used 'commission based' planners in the past and I always wondered whether they had my financial best interest in mind or if they were married to a particular fund or security based on the commission that they would receive if they sold it to me. I love not having to wonder with Jeff. I recommend him without reservation and in the highest possible manner.

He has helped us when navigating the Charles Schwab website and its capabilities. Most important, we are very pleased with our investment returns.
